I would like to share the extraordinary experience I had about buying a Mercedes Sprinter van from this dealership with you. I had contacted several dealerships to find the van I needed, but unfortunately most dealerships just want to sell what they had without considering the customer's needs. But from the first time I contacted this dealership, they all tried to help me and make the stressful process of buying a car, which I wanted from Texas, even more enjoyable. I need to thank those who really helped me, Marion was exceptional in finance and always responsive, William and Brielle were very helpful to me both in the buying process and in shipping it to Houston. If I ever want to buy a Mercedes again, this dealership is my first choice, they deserve more than 5 stars. Highly recommended

Great service! This is the second time I’ve purchased from this dealership and they have been great !! We worked with Austin in sales and he was so friendly and personable. Our experience was wonderful. He worked with us and listened to what we were looking for and also worked to get us the best price. Would definitely recommend him! So glad we didn’t need to spend time going to other dealerships. This was so seamless.

Huge thanks to Kevin (GM), Chris (sales rep), and Will (sales manager) for making the process smooth and easy. Great team, great service, and a beautiful delivery (see photo!). Highly recommend!

I have dealt with the service department for year's. Ken is my service advisor and he seems to always have an intelligent and educated answer to my questions and it's a pleasure to work with him. More than once they have diagnosed the issue with my vehicle without doing more than was necessary which has saved me money. Additionally, they have also applied discounts from time to time simply out of kindness. I can't leave out Heather, who is so nice and helpful. She gets me in ASAP and helps with coordinating my Valet service. However, with all of that being said, 2 weeks ago I decided to give them a shot on the sales side and that experience was lights out. Thank you Kaylee for encouraging the upgrade from my GLC to the GLE. She was absolutely efficient in every way from start to finish. Finance manager Steve is Mr. Positive and awesome to work with, he made the process seem easy and it was. When we sat down with Renata to sign, she was sharp, professional, and pleasant to work with ( thanks for the pen Renata!, lol ) Lastly, Kevin the manager of this smooth operation went out of his way to introduce himself. I appreciate your humble and friendly demeanor. We spoke to Kaylee on Monday night by phone and drove home Saturday !!! Thank you MB of D-Town!!

Really disappointed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Doylestown. The finance guy, Steve, was completely unprofessional. He asked me to sign documents before filling in the correct loan amount, and the check from my credit union had a higher amount than the car price — yet he still filled it out wrong. I told them the tires were worn and cracked and asked if they could be replaced or offer a discount — they refused. After all that, I had to drive an hour and a half to my bank to fix their mistake, and then drive all the way back. A total waste of time and energy. This dealer is not professional at all. Be very careful dealing with them — I had a very frustrating experience.
