Wade was our salesperson, and he was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient—he made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. “Dear Fred Beans,
I am writing regarding my recent factory purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle from your dealership. Shortly after taking delivery, I noticed multiple issues that are unacceptable for a factory or dealer-sold vehicle.
First, the factory radio is not functioning properly. The radio does not operate as intended, which is a basic feature that should have been fully functional at the time of purchase.
Second, the front and rear bumpers do not match. This raises serious concerns about quality control, prior repairs, or improper installation. A factory or dealer-sold vehicle should not have mismatched body components.
These issues were present at the time of delivery and were not disclosed prior to purchase. I expect these defects to be addressed promptly and corrected at no cost to me.
Please advise on how you intend to resolve this matter. I look forward to your response and a timely resolution.

“Great experience! I was greeted by the assistant manager and he worked through the service appointment without any issue. The service was also very quick and thorough. I’m happy with it and will come back. I bought my Yukon at Peruzzi in Langhorne, but they do not offer Saturday service appointments. This place does which is a plus for me.”

“When the window button on my new Dodge Ram 2500 broke and my window wouldn’t go up, I called Fred Beans and they were so kind and helpful. They told me to bring the truck right in and the had it fixed within an hour. They were so friendly and more than willing to help us. They made the process so fast and easy.
