“Bought a Cadillac CT5 from Fred Beans in Doylestown, PA around end of Sept. 2025. The sales person was professional and courteous, and I was satisfied with the transaction. Move forward 2 months and I still do not have title, registration or tag. Since my temp tag had expired and they didn't call me about any issues, I called them. Turns out that the forms were being held because my DE DMV wanted another form from the dealer. If I hadn't of called, nobody would have known. So I go get the form and have DE DMV sign off on it and send it to FBC. Move forward another month, now 3 months from sale, still no title, tag, or registration for a car that I bought from FBC and am making payments on. Really dropping the ball.”
