Definitely a lot of trust needs to be had in a situation like that. Everything went very smooth and they got the deal done for me. Very happy with my new vehicle and I have no problem recommending them. My salesperson Chris did an excellent job!”

“Salesman rob has terrible communication. Had us sitting for 2 hours to inform us he couldn't take a check for the full amount of vehicle. That we needed a blank bank check. He is oblivious to his own inventory as well as operating procedure. Handed me the keys to a Nissan to start a ford.The actual vehicle was deceitfully manipulated to avoid the obvious dent. Tires were scary bald as well as the overfilled oil. Check your dipsticks there people. The coffee had crumbs in it probably from the equally disastrous sheetrock going up next to them. The fred beans ford sells Cadillac and the fred beans Honda sells Toyotas. Scammers”

“Stay far far away from this clown operation. Customer service is atrocious. They have had my 2023 Escalade since January 11, 2023. The engine completely blew while the car was being driven. They have had the car for an entire month. There have been absolutely no status updates. Unless I call to inquire no one calls me. I have yet to be given any time or even a deadline as to when I will get my car back. Complete bush league operation there.”

But took stars away for the pushy attitude of their so called (insurance) they wanted to add on, that doesn't fit our lifestyle or need, so we very kindly told them no, wow their attitude changed in a split second. Ruined our positive purchase, of buying a car for our firstborns 16th birthday. Edit to add- we called a month ago and still waiting on the promised call back from them... zero stars.”
