“I had a great experience at DuPratt Ford. I worked with Ryan. I was pretty picky about what I wanted. A new Bronco sport in a specific color with a moon roof. He cared that I got what I wanted and was able to get me that car in a couple of days. The transaction was smooth and easy. I highly recommend DuPratt Ford if you are looking for a new car.”

“Over the weekend I bought a Ford Bronco Sport. First, I started this process several weeks ago and I must say, as a single woman I truly appreciate DuPratt Ford of Dixon’s overall setup of seemingly being nonaggressive towards customers. My first day on the lot I was actually listened to and not hovered over when I said I was just looking to get ideas. The second time I went I had called ahead and asked to text drive a Bronco Sport, I explained I was not ready to purchase, but was just trying to narrow down my option. Again I was listened to, and not pushed or pressured to reconsider my position at any point. When I scheduled my test drive is when I was officially introduced to my sales person Rebeccah, whom I cannot speak highly enough about. Rebeccah was very personable and made me feel comfortable from the start. She was patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. Rebeccah was honest when she did not have an answer but quick to find it for me, just as she was to find the vehicle that matched my specific wants when I was ready to make my purchase. When all was said and done this was one of the easiest and smoothest car buying experiences I think anyone could ask for. I honestly did most of the process over the phone or via email, until it was time to actually sign the papers and receive my vehicle. I will be referring my friends and family to DuPratt Ford and specifically giving them Rebeccah’s name and number.”

“Ronda Pratt's service department left a lot to be desired. My experience with the advisors was particularly frustrating. They employ a rather questionable upselling tactic that feels disingenuous. For instance, when I was asked if I wanted them to "top off" my diesel exhaust fluid, it sounded like a nice gesture. However, I had just filled the reservoir with 2.5 jugs of DEF fluid two weeks prior and only driven about 100 miles since then. To my surprise, I found that they charged me for two jugs of DEF fluid at $24 each, adding nearly $50 to my bill. This felt misleading, as I assumed they were offering a simple courtesy rather than trying to inflate the invoice. I did have my windshield wiper motor replaced for free under warranty, but the oil change ended up costing me $313. I was shocked to see the additional charges, especially for the DEF fluid, which seemed unnecessary given my recent refill. Moreover, the customer service was lacking. I was promised a call when the shuttle arrived to take me home, but I ended up waiting four hours in the lobby without any communication. This experience was not only frustrating but felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of me. If you visit this service department, be cautious of their upselling tactics and make sure you know what you need before agreeing to any additional services.”

“Ryan is an impressive young man, respectful, very knowledgeable, eager to help, and honest. Extremely rare qualities at a dealership. He was very attentive to my wife's questions and need to be certain the Maverick was for her. Even after the sale, he was responsive and considerate; many salesman show their true colors after a sale is finished or if they don't get the sale. We had other options, but Ryan's personality, especially at his relatively young age, made the deal. We were treated well on the price too, but Ryan was the primary factor we went with Dixon Ford.”

“The experience buying a new truck from DuPratt Ford this past weekend was excellent. My wife and I received exceptional customer service from start to finish from Andrik our salesperson , Tony the sales manager and Bob the finance manager . If you are looking to buy a new or used Ford don’t hesitate to stop by DuPratt Ford in Dixon and ask for Andrik . We purchased a Catalytic converter etching service , I was contacted by Alfonzo and Daniel / the DuPratt ford service mobile team . They were able to accommodate my schedule, and come out to perform the etching. The customer service I received from Alfonso and Daniel was also exceptional , and I look forward to using the DuPratt Ford mobile service in the future .”
