Came in to see about purchasing a vehicle. Did all the paperwork provided my income. Was told my check stubs were fake. They lied and said that’s what the banks said which is a joke I’ve never had one issue with my check stubs. Crazy part is the salesperson Mo sat there and heard me have a whole conversation with HR about not being able to get my check stubs. I even tried to log in on his computer to the DMC portal but it wouldn’t let me. Payroll sends over the Check stubs and I gather my other check stubs from CIENA. I am Nurse I have no reason to produce fake stubs. I leave and go to see HR at both jobs and they are outraged that I was treated that way. I went to a different dealership and guess what my check stubs are just fine for all the banks. Stay away from here if your a young black woman making decent money you won’t be treated well.

Just left with our 2026 equinox ev. Our salesman Harley Hartwick made the experience super easy and stress free. For weeks before purchasing I must have called him once a day and text him way more and he was quick to respond and answer all my questions. Highly recommended when wanting to purchase a vehicle to see him. He won’t disappoint!!!

Went in for a schedule oil change came out noticed the check engine light was on. Mind you i have a 2025 silverado that came from this dealership and Diane tries to charge me for a diagnostic test on the truck the was fine before the oil change. Diane decides to keep my car for an additional two days just to tell me she needs my permission to find the problem when that's the reason she kept my truck. On the third day I received a call stating my car has rodent damage with no proof just an assumption. DIANE being the rude person she is tells me I should call my insurance when I told her I would reach out to GM corporate. I have been loyal to James martin for over 10 years and I will not return do to this situation there was absolute no rodent damage on my truck I truly being someone made a mistake that's being covered up. You all just lost a loyal GM customer.

I went in because I needed a new car because my other went down and costed too much. I was expecting some average used car. James Raines hooked me up with a 2024 Chevy trax. That’s a lot more than I expected. He was super professional. I worked every resource he had to make sure I drove off the lot with a car with nothing down. I highly recommend but make sure you so see James Raines. He awesome!!!!

Everything was amazing! Great experience from my first call to sales professional Adam Selman till the next day when I received my car. Amazing also the way I signed for the paperwork with the huge table touchscreen, the explanation of costs, the handover of the vehicle... as I said, everything! Thank you!!! I can't stop talking about my experience to everybody I meet :-)))
