“After driving an hour and a half to get my car, I was so excited about this. great job putting me in it.. However, don't try to get it serviced. After being promised a car to be able to drive and being told that it would take five days just to be able to see what was wrong with it. I show up after talking to the manager of the store and he told me not to worry. I know you're driving a long way. An hour and a half. because, I told him that i'm leaving at the end of the month for a long trip...Mind you, the car only has four thousand miles on it. I show up to find out after driving an hour and a half no car for me. Completely disappointed, won't go back to this dealership. Again! , in fact, I think i'm going to switch to a different brand. after twenty jeeps, i'm done. Completely unacceptable. Service advisor was amazing though. Totally disappointed. I had an appointment at another place and came out here. Because they said they could get me in earlier.Because i'm waiting for a trip.
