Paul E was my husband’s salesman. He made the transaction quick and smooth going over all the details of the purchase. He even drove to the other side of the metro area at the start of rush hour to deliver the vehicle because he was not able to get a ride to pick it up himself. *****update**** After talking to service manager he told me I had to wait another 4 weeks and couldn’t get a me a loaner. So I took it to another dealership and they had the car inspected and determined in fact it was the transmission off the code they kept getting and mind you the transmission light turned off when I brought it to them. golling told me a code needed to show for them to be able to diagnose etc. that was a lie. At the other dealership Within 72 hours, I had a new transmission and gave me a loaner. Golling had me fix things that was not what I took the car in for. ZERO STARS! Scheduled an appointment for a check transmission issue. I was informed it would be a 5 day turnaround for them to get back to me. That lead to 3 weeks without it even being looked at. There was lack of communication. Finally get the transmission tech to look at it and says its nothing to do with the transmission but I need 2 new batteries and rotors ( car is only 3 years old with 30k miles) but sure. got that done. Cost 2k. Drove it 5 miles total and once again, my check transmission flashed on my car and couldn't accelerate. Bring it back to the dealership, took another 4 days to look at and they tell its the Front sensor and wiring needing to be replaced. Mind you once you turn the car on you will see my odometer flashing along with my park assist being disabled so why not look at that in the first place. Anyways, quoted me $1400 to get that fixed since that sensor and wiring is all related to the issue. At this point, I'm out of money and asked could I drive it for a couple weeks while I get money together and was told I should be good. Drove 25 miles and my car made a thump sound and check transmission light came on 1 mile away from work. I could not drive it out, had to get it towed ($225) to a recommend shop and they fixed the sensors and wiring for $600 less than I was quoted from the dealership. They had my car for 24 hours and got more answers and work done. They called me back to advise me that they called a dealership for me and explained to them what is going on and they advised him it sounds like internal transmission issues. I WOULD NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I barely make ends meet and this dealership took advantage of me.

I accompanied my daughter to Golling after her first car accident so she could purchase a new vehicle. Her salesperson, Courtney V., was absolutely fantastic. Courtney was caring, patient, and truly committed to finding the perfect vehicle for my daughter. Because my daughter lives out of state and was waiting on her insurance check, this was a bit of an unusual situation. Courtney handled everything with genuine concern and the utmost professionalism; she even went above and beyond by coming in on her day off to make sure my daughter could pick up her vehicle. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated salesperson, I highly recommend Courtney V. at Golling!

Since Golling took on leadership of the local Chrysler Jeep dealership in Grosse Pointe, I have been very impressed with improvements in communication and service quality. I dropped off my 2023 Jeep for a maintenance appointment this month and Kelly not only remembered me by name, but also organized my paperwork and had me on their shuttle back to my house in about 5 minutes. I received several texts and a phone call later that day giving me up to the minute information on my Jeep's status. Their technician soon sent me video showing how the inspection on me Jeep went and the current condition of components like filters and tires. Once finished, they sent the shuttle back for me and completed my checkout process quickly and efficiently. It was well worth the money I spent to have such a positive experience with a service center that helps me take care of my SUV. Thank you to Kelly and company at Golling of Grosse Pointe.

I've been to a few dealerships in the area, and I can confidently say this is the best CDJR dealership around! The staff is outstanding-friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping you. The facility looks amazing, and you can tell major improvements have been made under the new ownership. Everything feels more professional, welcoming, and efficient.
