“Before I bought my Audi S8 from Carolina Luxury Imports, I was a little nervous since I was buying it from California without seeing it in person. Jason made the whole process easy and straightforward from the beginning! We agreed on a fair price, and even when shipping costs unexpectedly went up by about $500, they honored the deal instead of passing the extra cost on to me. That really says a lot about the kind of people they are. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described. It was in excellent condition, clearly well cared for, and came with everything it was supposed to. They have a great selection of cars, and it’s obvious they take pride in what they sell. What really impressed me was what happened after the sale. The shipping company ended up causing issues with the radar and camera systems while transporting the car. Even though it wasn’t their fault, Jason stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. He also helped me get the correct floor mats for the car, which he didn’t have to do. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years, and very few dealerships have treated me as well as Jason and the team at Carolina Luxury Imports. They were honest, fair, and stood behind the car even after it was delivered. If you’re thinking about buying from them, especially if you’re an out of state buyer like I was, I wouldn’t hesitate. Ask for Jason or Austin. They genuinely care about their customers, and I would absolutely buy from them again.”

“Buyer beware. I was an out-of-state buyer and had a very poor experience with this dealership. My sales representative, Austin, assured me the car was “absolutely perfect.” When the vehicle arrived, it had clearly curbed rims. I was told the shipping company caused the damage and that I would need to handle the repair process to file an insurance claim. Later, the shipper responded and sent me photos showing the rims were already damaged while the car was still on the dealerships showroom floor. There were also warning lights on the dashboard upon delivery. The oil was black, down a quart, and the vehicle showed approximately 6,000 miles since the last service according to the onboard computer. The coolant level was very low, which caused the car to overheat on the second day of ownership. Instead of helping resolve these issues, Austin stopped responding to my calls and texts. When I eventually spoke to someone else, including the owner Jason, there was little concern. I was told they “don’t check those things” and again that the car was “absolutely perfect,” with blame shifted to the shipping company. This dealership clearly does not properly inspect vehicles before selling them. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and would never purchase from them again”
