“Unfortunately in November of 2025 I got my car stolen and haven’t been able to get a new car due to my house being built from the ground up. I am finally at the mark where my house is going to be done on March 17th! I came into the Hyundai store today and Nathan Nicholson was amazing to work with. He showed me a car that fit exactly what I wanted inside and out. Him, his manager Ryan, and the owner himself were extremely accommodating to me and even offered me an amazing deal. They knew that I couldn’t have my credit ran because of the house not being closed on yet. But they knew that I have been without a car for the past four months. They figured out an amazing leasing deal on the car for me and I was able to take the car home today. So I’m no longer car-less! Nate and Ryan were very kind and knowledgeable with everything. “My husband and I made an appointment to come in to look at a car that was listed on the Mountain Hyundai website. Willy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough - he called me to confirm the appointment and sent a walkthrough video ahead of time to answer any questions or concerns I had prior to arriving. Once we got there, he already had the car ready to go and had us out on our test drive - I love that we were able to test drive on our own, it really minimized pressure and allowed us to experience the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the car, Willy made the process efficient and painless. He did not try to pressure us or talk us into anything we didn't need, and he worked with the financial department seamlessly. Before we left with the car, he took it out to fill up the gas tank and make sure the key fob batteries were new. I truly feel like he went above and beyond but in a low-key and comfortable way that didn't make us feel like we were just a sales pitch. Once Willy handed us over to Ryan in the financial department, we were also pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and quick process. Ryan was able to get our interest rate down much lower than we expected, and also did not try to pressure us into add-ons that we weren't interested. All in all, this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had - many other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys.
