My husband bought his car from this dealer and for over a decade, Mile high has provided great service overall. Generally, we are understood, respected and experience proper communication and fair service, from oil changes to alignments, servicing parts and changing gaskets. Always remember to look over your paperwork and see what has been done, charged and if fluids were topped off and your car washed for most services. You are your car's greatest advocate and this attentiveness helps the servicemen and women as well. We recently found out that there is a surcharge for credit instead of cash so plan wisely if you want to save some bucks. We hope this helps!

Easy to make an appointment and I got right in that same week! Drove right into the bay and service attendants were so nice and informative. Waiting area was clean with lots of seating choices. Didn’t have to wait long for an oil change and multi-point inspection and my rear wiper needed to be changed and I also had my cabin filter changed. All done within an hour, maybe less. Reasonable prices with discounts applied. Great place to maintenance for your Honda!

This is what happens when care isn’t taken and oil isn’t directed away from chassis parts or simply cleaned afterwards. I go to the MH Honda dealership for the premium experience not a puddle of oil on my drive way. It’s Sunday. I’ll follow up Monday for a constructive response, I hope.

Hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Every stereotype you might expect from a dealership just didn’t apply here. The team was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, not pushy at all. Izzy, my sales rep, was calm, kind, and patient. He took us on an extended test drive and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Brian in finance walked me through all the terms clearly and even saved all the paperwork to a flash drive—super convenient and modern (and now my glovebox isn’t overflowing with papers!). Thomas, who I believe was the sales manager, made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process, he even worked with the bank to get me a better rate on financing. And after Izzy filled up the tank and handed me the keys and just before I drove off the lot, David—either the GM or the owner—came out to personally thank me and wish me well! I left with a great car, a great deal, and a really good feeling about the whole experience. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
