“Patrick did a great job and made it easy. I found them on cargurs looking for a van and they popped up as the best bang for the buck. I will definitely be back again thank you Patrick! Give Patrick a raise! And give Brandon a raise too while you’re at it!”

“Go see junior! Everyone there is helpful, nice, professional and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They helped us get into a truck that can haul our trailer. Even went outside the box to make sure we got what we were looking for. Highly recommend”

“I found me a good truck and the staff was decent. I had Sergio for my salesman. Not sure if he was new or just under the weather but it seemed like he was training.
Things I liked:
1. Didn't mind me getting straight down to business with a test drive on my schedule close to their closing time.
2. Test drive wasn't bogged down with a bunch of paperwork. Quick and easy and on the road.
3. After I purchased the truck the general manager was quick to give me a free ball hitch and offer a free cattle guard if any would fit.
4. The paperwork was quick and easy once a deal was agreed upon.
Things I didnt like:
1. There were multiple things wrong with the truck(not mechanical) and I had to choose some not all of them to get fixed.
2. When I asked for the recon list (list of items they found wrong with the vehicle they found on their inspection and a list of what they did and didnt fix). I was told they dont disclose that. I found that odd and sus considering a lot of other dealerships have no issue sharing this information to instill confidence in the customer based on their due diligence.
3. I wasn't always able to get a hold of my salesman while trying to get the final item taken care of but when i went to the GM he made sure I was given to someone that would take care of me.
4. They don't bargain on their prices for the vehicles. I felt the price had some wiggle room and they were quick to point out that there wasn't any. That almost caused me to walk out especially after the recon list refusal.
5. Every time I asked for them to take care of something else I felt like they were offended that I would expect to get certain things out of a "New to me" truck.
Final feelings:
This dealer has a few bad articles written about them in regards to selling vehicles with mechanical issues not disclosed to customers. The used car buying scene requires due diligence and isnt for the faint of heart. It is a dog eat dog world. Sometimes you get a bad apple but it doesn't mean it is the dealer's fault. I dont agree with their recon list policy, dont agree with them not haggling on the vehicle price, and I thing that their detailer should be fired because my cup holders and parts of my seats looked like a 5yo with a sponge cleaned them not a vehicle detailer. I love my truck and I am glad that I found it. I walked in with a plan and walked out feeling I succeeded. Thank you family trucks and vans.”
