Justin was great through the process. Helped me get into a nice expedition limited. Getting it inspected now as it is used. But so far was a good experience.

Dustin Gonzales and Cody Roberts assisted us in the purchase of a 2021 Ford Expedition fx4. They both exceeded my expectations, applied no pressure found exactly what we were looking for, which was not easy and took the time to insure we we entirely happy. Highly recommend this dealership and these two individuals in particular.

I want to send a big THANK YOU! to Cody Roberts for helping me get into my "new to me" Ford Raptor. I love driving it every day! I also want to give a big shout out to the entire staff that I delt with when I was there. They were all super friendly, professional, and made the process painless and fun. I look forward to the day I can go back and get me a new-new Raptor in the (Hopefully near) future. Thanks again!

Awful experience with Ben Vigil and the other sales reps at this dealership. They don't communicate and they don't care what you're looking for in a vehicle. I was directed to this dealership by the Ford website after building a truck online. I received an email from Ben Vigil who mentioned the chip shortage but that he could look at what options were available or we could order a truck for the future. I responded saying, "send me what you have." No response. I emailed again following up. No response. I called the dealership saying I didn't want to work with Ben anymore but to send me the trucks that were available. The new sales rep said, "he probably didn't reply because we don't get the type of truck you want very often." Ok, then write that in the email and let me know?! The new rep said he would text me his personal number for better communication. He didn't. I called again and spoke with Ben and he mixed me up with another customer telling me, "aren't you supposed to come in today to look at the car?" Once he got his life sorted out and figured out who he was actually talking to he claimed he never got the emails. I then received a text message asking if I was still interested because they have two used platinum trucks that meet my criteria... Except I explicitly stated that I wanted a new Lariat. The truck I'm going to buy is $80k-$90k. That's a big commission check and they don't deserve a dime of it. This dealership is unprofessional, terrible at communication and doesn't listen to the customer needs (or care). Consider shopping elsewhere.

Smooth and Satisfying Ford Car Buying Experience. I recently purchased a Ford vehicle, and I'm thrilled with the entire experience. I worked with Ben Vigil at the Ford dealership and he was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process seamless. He took the time to understand my needs, provide transparent pricing and help me find the perfect car within my budget. The test drive was enjoyable and the paperwork was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Ford for anyone in the market for a new car - but be sure to ask for Ben Vigil for the best car buying experience.
