“I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I was previously searching for a vehicle that another nearby dealership had listed in inventory, was informed that it was sold, but still showed available for a couple weeks. I thought maybe there was miscommunication and went to check it out anyway. I was told it was recently sold, however, they had an older model of the same vehicle at a sister store I could drive after I told them I had zero interest in buying that specific car. I went to the other store, they pulled the vehicle around, and told me to go back to the original dealership to find someone to test drive it with. Ultimately, I sat around and waited before just leaving to head to Automotive Imports. I walked in, was immediately greeted, and spoke to T about the vehicle I was interested in. T gave me a tour of the store and showroom and then talked to me about every detail the car. T was extremely knowledgeable, and the entire staff had great enthusiasm in their roles. After talking for a bit, I felt like I had known these people for years and I had never experienced anything like that from a dealership before. After the test drive, I was not pushed to purchase and remained in contact. Ultimately, I did end up buying and had a couple trade ins. The staff was more than accommodating and everything was communicated clearly and quickly. T and Nick were a pleasure to work with and this will be the first place I look at when I'm back in the market for a different vehicle. The concerns I had with the vehicle, although minor, were immediately addressed and corrected before purchase or promised to be addressed at a later date convenient for me.”

Jaydon agreed to hold the car for me with a deposit, and did everything to prepare the car for a road trip back to Michigan. “The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!”

But the best part was when Lamont the best sales person ever arranged to bring me my new Jeep to the VA Hospital for delivery so that I didn’t have to get out of my Comfort zone I have PTSD and that was so awesome to have someone to help a Navy veteran. We bought 2 Jeeps love love them.”

“Update, I went back a purchased a vehicle. Thanks to Tarnue and Nick for working with me. The whole process was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Went in to check out an Audi S5. The price was a little too high for me so I didn't buy anything. They weren't too pushy and tried to work with me. Cool place to visit.”
