“🤩I have just had one of the best car buying experiences ever. 🥹Reyes Juarez, is the sales representative. He was such a patient gentleman. He is very knowledgeable of the many automobiles we checked out. He took his time to answer all of my questions and didn’t even look scared of my driving.🤪 Jose Murillo, who is in the finance department actually went above and beyond to try and get my payments as low as possible and just when I thought it was all said and done, he even came back to me with even better news. 🤗 I am leaving this joint with absolute satisfaction.👍 Thanks bunches guys for the awesome experience and the beautiful automobile.🥳”

“They guys at Alpine were awesome. Originally went in to get my wife's car serviced. Then we both decided to walk the lot. The salesman that first greeted us was Anthony Ulibarri. Anthony was fantastic his presence his energy and knowledge of what was on the lot was impressive. Anthony and his Team helped get me into a ride i have always wanted. Im an out doors guy and I landed a sweet jeep wrangler and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Alpine Nissan and their team. They made my buying experience exciting but comfortable and the service of my wife's Sentra easy. Thanks again Anthony my family and I are already enjoying the new Jeep.”

“I was at this location on Saturday 10/25/25. I pulled in at 930am (after finding out my oil package was no longer valid since I was about 50miles past) I agreed to pay for an oil change and also asked if they could balance/rotate my tires. At that time is when they “logged” me in which was 949am. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. 1209pm rolls around and I’m told my car is ready for pickup. I get my paperwork and as I’m getting into my car I notice my tires are not rotated, I walk back in and asked to confirm the tires were not rotated. Allie asks if I can pull my car back in and I waited in the lobby for about 10more minutes. She pulls it back around and says “they only rotated 2 tires and failed to tell her” I was really confused by that statement since I was under the impression that a rotation of tires meant ALL 4. After the explanation of why only 2 were rotated, she offers a refund on that and I go on my way leaving about 1230pm. I drive straight home. Later that evening we are leaving the house and my husband asks “what happened to your car “ puzzled I look at him and he points to my bumper. In the almost 3hrs of being at the dealership, they also managed to wreck my car and NOT say a word. I’ve called Alpine today , Allie called back and asked what was wrong after having to leave a VM on their general line because the service managers voicemail is full. I have waited now an additional 4hrs for a callback after they said they would check their cameras and requested i send pictures. This whole experience has been a nightmare. It’s very disturbing that someone could damage your property and let you drive away hoping you wouldnt notice!”
