“buying a car here was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car, and we’ve bought 4 since 2022 (for varied reasons) Izzy was great a sales person, friendly, and was super straight forward. no BS. so appreciated! Chad in financing was also very personable and made mundane paperwork almost fun (especially for my 3 year old to sit through) 40+ minute drive away but 100% worth it”

“I had an amazing experience purchasing my Toyota 4Runner thanks to Mark G. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions, made the process smooth, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend asking for him. I absolutely love my 4Runner!”

“I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali from Toyota of Denton yesterday, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. From the start, the sales staff felt overly aggressive — multiple salespeople waiting at the curb and hovering throughout the visit. I came specifically for this truck, which was listed at high retail pricing, so I expected a quality vehicle and a straightforward process. The truck was dirty due to recent weather. When I made my offer, I clearly wrote that it was contingent on being able to inspect the vehicle more thoroughly. I asked for a 24-hour test drive and was refused. I then asked for an hour alone with the truck to inspect it more closely and was told I would have to complete all purchase paperwork first. After a brief test drive with the salesperson, I was not given an opportunity to properly look it over. After purchasing the truck and picking it up post-detail, I immediately noticed multiple hail dents on the hood, fenders, and bed sides that were not visible before their detail. I contacted my salesperson immediately and received no response. When I returned to the dealership, management stated they would not address the issue with the hail damage, but offered to take the truck back. I need the truck for work, so I left to consider my options. After cleaning the vehicle myself and getting the spots their detailer missed, I also discovered paint drips in the driver-side door jambs, watery orange peel on the hinge areas, and inconsistencies in the exterior paint, indicating very poor body and paint work that was not visible on a dirty vehicle. Additionally, the truck is leaking coolant, missing a roof trim piece, and the front tires shake at highway speeds, all of which I was willing to deal with, and reflected my offer, after my initial inspection. For a $50,000 vehicle, this is extremely disappointing. I would have appreciated the opportunity to properly inspect the truck before being required to complete the purchase. The refusal to allow a closer inspection now feels intentional given the condition of the vehicle. Attached to my review are photos of the paint drips, one photo I could get clearly of one of the hail dents, and a photo showing the back door being darker than the front.”

“This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had. Two weeks after purchasing my vehicle, the check engine light came on. I brought it in on a Monday, and the vehicle sat untouched for an entire week before anyone even looked at it. I was given a loaner vehicle that was filthy inside, which was unacceptable. Communication from the service advisor, Ashish, was nonexistent. He was nearly impossible to reach, never returned calls, and provided no updates. The only way I could get any information was by repeatedly going to the dealership in person. After multiple visits, I was told the issue could be “several things” and that it could take several more weeks to hear back from Toyota, offering no clear answers or timeline. After my vehicle had been sitting at the shop for three weeks, I received an unexpected call while I was at work. When I attempted to call back, I once again received no response. I later had to call myself to find out the vehicle was ready, with no advance notice, forcing me to rearrange my schedule to pick it up. When I arrived, I asked to speak with Ashish and was dismissed and told to go directly to the cashier instead. I have dealt with multiple Toyota dealerships and have never experienced this level of poor communication, disorganization, and lack of professionalism. I will never return to this service department and would strongly advise others to avoid it.”
