“Great experience. Worked with Daniel who was the most honest and efficient salesmen I’ve ever encountered, vehicle was also in great shape and offered at a great price. A trustworthy place to shop your next car.”

“Purchased a used vehicle recently. Dealership marketed the vehicle on the window sticker as the wrong model and then blamed the printing company for the error. Make sure to check CARFAX report details to determine actual model and maintenance history. Dealership also said they did an oil change after obtaining the vehicle but the sticker was not updated. Mechanic shop who did the presale inspection reported it doesn’t appear the oil change was actually done. Also, if the dealership tells you they will reimburse you for the presale inspection, make sure it’s reflected on your paperwork before you sign. Our salesman agreed on reimbursement then didn’t add it into the final negotiations. Vehicle was as is but feel the dealership could have at least replaced the dead battery in the second remote I was provided. Get these vehicles inspected before you sign paperwork.”

“The document fee was $225- that's the maximum limit, and when they are already charging maximum you know it's money grabbing. This was the only dealership I visited that charged the max limit. Everyone else stays lower (that I went to). When I asked about a veteran discount, I was told, “You’re already getting a great deal. No.” Maybe I wouldn’t have qualified anyway, but I’ll never know because of the price THEY set on a car, "I'm already lucky." So, veterans, don’t expect a discount or even to find out if you qualify, since the “great deal” they set is apparently reason enough to say no.
I was told no student discounts as well. Some dealerships do, some don't that's fine. The car itself was fine, though.
I understand sales man gotta work for money but while with us he kept leaving to go to other customers so it was a frustrating when trying to get everything done.
Would I go back? No. You can definitely find better deals with more attentive people. Dealerships that offer veteran and student discounts too.
Also, if you go for used cars you are buying "as is" which is a little sketchy in my opinion. I did buy my car here. Pick your poison and I was tired of going everywhere. I am happy with the car, hated the tatic.”

“I recently purchased my Escalade from James Wood Cadillac, and working with Wendy Deter was truly the best experience I could have asked for. From start to finish, Wendy was honest, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and I never once felt pressured or misled.
Wendy is the kind of professional you want in your corner when making such an important purchase. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care for her customers set her apart from anyone else I’ve ever worked with in the automotive industry.
She will be my first call for any future vehicle purchases, and without hesitation, she is the only person I will recommend to friends and family looking for a vehicle. If you are considering buying at James Wood Cadillac, do yourself a favor and ask for Wendy. You will not find anyone better.”
