With a growing family I went in looking for a bigger vehicle than my mid size SUV. Kenny laid out some options , and told me what I would be expecting right up front. Transparency is very important to me. I hate to feel like just another customer. I’m a loyal customer and shoppers at same dealer for over 10 years for how excellent their attn to detail was with me! Greico ford showed me the same ! Excited to establish a lasting relationship. Even More excited with my 26 Ford Explorer! The room is amazing and my kids are enjoying their own seats with the captain chairs option!”

“I had a great buying experience today with Ricky Sergeant. From the minute I pulled up he greeted me and listened to what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a shelter green 802 raptor and in under 3 hours he had me out the door in my new truck. I visited this lot 2 weeks ago and not a single person came to talk to me in 30 minutes of looking at the trucks so I left. Today, something told me to go back and look again. Ricky is an outstanding asset to this dealership!”

“A Disastrous Experience with Grieco Ford of Delray Beach. It is deeply regrettable that I ever chose to deal with this dealership. I feel sorry for Ford Motor Company for trusting their brand and sales to people who treat customers and vehicles with such blatant disrespect. My car is leaking like a sieve—the floors are soaked, and the plastic trim is ruined (see photos). The wiring is shorting out, and the speakers are crackling, yet they claim this is "normal." To make matters worse, they actually tried to return the vehicle to me in a completely disassembled state! My car has been sitting at their lot for 15 days now. No loaner car was provided, no communication, and absolutely zero accountability. This is beyond unprofessional; it is a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and safety—stay far away from this place. I have already contacted the ownership and will be escalating this to the BBB and Florida state authorities.”

“Best experience I have ever had buying a truck. They had Raptors in every trim and color. Gave me a great price right off the bat. No BS no waste of time. Kenny and Jeff are the best in the business. Thank you guys for the great customer service. Kenny never pushed me into “sitting down and doing numbers” or shoved a vehicle in my face. “A dream Experience! Honestly I have been dreading getting a car because of how dealerships have reputations but Harry,Jeff and Alan made this experience nothing short of amazing. I appreciated being listened too and getting me great pricing on a car I’ve been eyeing for quite some time. They gave me the best offer for my trade-in which made me very happy. The car detailing did take a little longer than expected but something I might have to get used to having a bigger vehicle now.
