“Horrible customer service. Dropped my XT6 off for a factory recall at 7 am. Employees treat you like you're bothering them. Not friendly at all. Left waiting to hear when completed. Never heard from them on the status. Called 3 times with no response. Finally, at 4:30 pm drove over to see what was going on. Apparently, if you don't say you're going to wait, your car goes to the back of the line (they confirmed that), and they get to it when they can. They, of course, never told us that otherwise we would have waited. I don't think they even started when we got there as it was another 45 min to wait. I don't have confidence that they will even fix the issue. We had to make arrangements for other commitments we could no longer do because of this. No communication, no service. Don't waste your time. They admit they're awful.”

Salesman Corey Baker and mgr Ryan Reed ( formerly from my hometown) did an awesome job guiding me !! I looked and shopped other dealers but Ed Morse did the best job and deserved the sale. Buying a car is not always about the best price … it’s about the people and their knowledge and process

A Complete 180° – From Frustrated to Extremely Impressed at Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Beach
Last year I left a negative review after a disappointing service experience and even had to escalate the issue to the manager, Armondo Davila, who stepped in and made things right. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I brought my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq back this week, but this visit was night-and-day different — easily one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had.
I was fortunate to work with service advisor Chris Toskulauzidis this time, and I can honestly say he is an absolute stand-up professional. Chris was kind, attentive, and proactive from the moment I arrived. He listened carefully to every concern, kept me updated almost daily, and truly went above and beyond. He personally took my Lyriq on multiple test drives to track down the noises I was hearing and made sure everything was fixed correctly before returning the car.
The master technician on Lyriqs, Brian, was equally outstanding. He diagnosed the issue perfectly, applied the latest service bulletin that Cadillac released, and completely resolved a problem that had been plaguing my car for months. Brian even took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I fully understood what was done.
I was provided a comfortable loaner vehicle the entire time, and when I picked up my Lyriq it was running better than ever.
To Chris Toskulauzidis, Manager Armondo Davila, and Master Technician Brian — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You three represent what true customer service should be. You turned a previously frustrated customer into a very happy one, and you’ve absolutely earned my future business and my highest recommendation.
