“TLDR: Great experience at Delray Honda and working with Ed. The process was easy and I wasn't bombarded with calls after my first visit. Make an appointment if possible!
I recently purchased a new car from Honda Delray. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Ed. I told him what I was I looking for/interested in, but that I was not planning to purchase anything yet. He was still happy to show me the options available. We sat down at his desk and I saw the walls were covered in five star reviews for him. I knew that was a good sign. I took his business card and the weekend to decide what I wanted to do.
The following week, a quick text to Ed on his availability was answered right away and I made an appointment to come back. I knew that I wanted to test drive a specific car, so he pulled out the vehicle for me, and it was ready to go when I got there. He showed me features inside and then we went for a drive.
Once I decided I wanted to purchase, it was time for Jeff (the money man) to step in. Ed negotiates on your behalf with the finance team, and if necessary they will come out and speak with you. A few back and forths resulted in a deal. From there, Ed took the car and filled up the tank, and set up the license plate for me (allowing me to skip the DMV completely - which is obviously great). Then while the car was being 'prepped', I signed paperwork with Tyler in accounting. The entire appointment (from arrival, test drive, negotiation, signing, paying, setup) took about 3 hours. I was able to drive home in my new car that night.
I’d say what I appreciated most, was that unlike other dealerships nearby, Ed allowed me to contact him when I was ready, instead of chasing me down. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also helped me set up the Honda Link app and connect my phone to the car. There was no pressure from him to purchase right away or make a deal on the spot. I would definitely recommend working with him, and if I get another Honda (or Acura) in the future, he will be my first call!”

“After test driving 10 different crossover vehicles, we knew Honda would be the one. Couldn’t seem to find exactly what we wanted until we went to Delray. We found The perfect fit!
Buying a car is always stressful Especially dealing with the finance part. In the end, we ended up with a perfect plan and perfect automobile. Thanks for the help guys!
The only one problem I had was that the finance department did not tell me that they were gonna charge me +3% on my credit card for my down payment of $9000! If they had told me that in advance (like what is required by law) I would have gone home and got my check book instead. I get it, I was the last customer on Sunday night and you guys wanted to go home but you screwed me out of money and I’m not happy about that part.
I expect resolution.
5 stars, but I want my $270 back.”

“I called in to Inquire about a late model used vehicle close to closing time on the weekend. I wanted to swing by and test drive it as I was cross shopping it with others in the area. Ed answered and listened to me, could feel I was in a rush and moved the vehicle to the front in anticipation of my arrival. Ed was punctual, professional and communicated great throughout the entire process. I liked the car and he worked with another Ed (used car sales manager) to make the deal happen. Very transparent dealership and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.
If you walk in or call the dealership, ask for Ed-you won’t be disappointed.”

“Stopped by to test drive a pre owned CRV and drove off with the new 2026 CRV Hybrid. Thanks to everyone @ Delray Honda for making the entire process smooth and stress free.
Abraham Torres, sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Jason Hopkins, got me the best deal possible to get into the new hybrid.
Tony Bermudez, in finance made the numbers made sense and was a pleasure to work with.
Wade Alexander, helped me process all of the insurance paperwork on the spot and saved me money on new policy.
I may be missing a couple of people, but I highly recommend coming to Delray Toyota and I’ll definitely be doing business with this team again in the future.”
