Buying process went great. Heidi is still amazing! But on the way home after buying the car I noticed that passenger side mirror was broken and barely hanging on.. I was responsible for this repair after just an hour of owning it and a few weeks later, the check engine light came on and I called Kunes and asked them if they could look at it. I did not ask them to repair it for free, I just asked them to look at it so they could see what was wrong. They said the car was bought “as is” and I would have to pay the diagnostic fee for them to look at it because I did not have a warranty on it. I would like to add that when I was buying the car, I asked them if they had a warranty available to purchase and they said no because my vehicle was still covered under warranty? The buying process is great but just know want to drive off the lot they will not help you. Go somewhere else for an overall good experience.
Super friendly!! They answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process. Also Heidi is amazing. She was so patient with me while I found my perfect vehicle. I will definitely be back if I need another car in the future. Thank you again! I love my XT4. 💕”

“STAY AWAY if you looking for a dependable reliable vehicle. For one watch out for their bait cars. We noticed an old car on the lot marked up to a oddly high price when we asked a sales rep walking on the lot they said oh ya thats just there so we can use it to get people interested in a newer car. If you do decide to purchase make sure you get your vehicles repair summary to find out how many of the very important parts wrong with your truck his technicians advise him to fix. Jason loves declining anything he can even if it means putting someone’s life at stake!!!! I really wish I would have realized how terrible the customer service was at Kunes Chevrolet but unfortunately I learned the hard way. Purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado Waldoch. Within minutes of leaving the lot everything started falling apart. This is where I found I made the mistake purchasing from this dealership. The vehicle ended up at the Kunes Oak Creek service center for FIVE WEEKS with an entire list of repairs. Jason Sadowski did nothing but downplay everything and argue with Oak Creek on the repairs needed since these weren’t minor warranty repairs some major issues missed on the original amazing multi point initial inspection they brag and promise you!!!! Finally after 5 weeks get my truck back to find out Jason only approved one single tire to be replaced. This is a lifted 4wheel drive truck. Not to mention instead just making the inadequate repair he told the technicians to order a mud tire so now I have 3 bald all terrain tires and one mud tire. Sure enough a week later the rear end starts leaking and showing all the stress from unbalanced tires. Jason still refuses to make the problem right. Take to other certified Chevy dealership and they automatically find that the rear end isn’t even original factory installed it’s a salvaged yard rear en and warranty is void. On top of that found out the truck was in an accident slamming into a freeway wall. Take it back to Jason for further inspection and his technician leaves me driving off with loose rear end bolts for god knows what could of happened with that driving an hour and a half back home on the freeway!!!! Not only did they fail to make sure my vehicle was safe enough to go back on the road but lied directly to my face saying everyone is lying that rear end is original factory parts BUT you can only get it fixed by me not any CHEVY certified service center: Getting further into the list of now known problems it has come to attention not only am I told the manufacturer warranty is void but as well the extended warranty arrange I paid thousands of dollars extra for is void and they misrepresented the proper warranties that I actual needed for this truck. As a disabled combat vet requiring dependable, reliable, Safe transportation this is completely unacceptable and will continue to get this corrected until it’s fully resolved.”

“Very friendly and great to work with. We got a good deal on the car and we did not feel pressured at all during the entire sale. Brian was our salesman and he did a great job. Answered all our questions and if he couldn't, he went and asked and got us answers. Car shopping is generally rather painful but the Kunes team made the whole process enjoyable. 10/10 recommended.”

when I walked in I wanted foreign..
that’s all I’ve had for 35 years..
My girl Lisa slid a Ford Escape into my barrage of different vehicle brand test drives..
OH my God..
once I saw the roomy, quality interior,
no lack of technology..
I never looked back..
I need a summer Wisconsin car..
as I have a second Winter Fla. Car..
Well she’s getting traded in for another Escape when I get back..
Good Bye Lexus… I’ve never seen a car so like my Lexus.. only better!!!
