“My experience with their service department was horrible. I had to track someone down more than 24 hours after dropping my vehicle off for the scheduled appointment just to find out what the diagnosis was. I spoke with a very unfriendly woman who treated me like I was cutting into her nap time. Twice she todd me someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. I finally spoke with the service manager and he seemed very unconcerned with the rudeness of his employee and the lack of communication. He informed me that who I needed to speak with had left for the day and that they were struggling to stay on top of everything. I understand, but that doesn't excuse being rude to me. $200 later my vehicle still has the same issue as when I took it in. I am taking it to Jackson in Sullivan where the technicians go out of their way to help and are always kind. I understand being very busy, we're all busy. However, kindness and communication go a long way. If you are thinking about purchasing from Bob Brady just know this is the service department you will deal with.”
