“I got my second car from Ethan. He’s a great sales man. Very laid-back works with you. I got my first third row vehicle an Atlas. I had a problem with it but he got me right in and got me right out. Thank you the Ethan Colin Justin/fuzzy and all the service people that worked on my vehicle. I will be coming back hopefully Isooner than later to get another car one of the best dealerships around”

“My family and I recently purchased a Nissan Quest minivan from LaFontaine Volkswagen in Dearborn, MI. Our sales person Collin Meyer took great care of us, and followed through with all of his promises and commitments. Our van required some service work and I can’t say enough great things about the service department and the commitment of The LaFontaine Volkswagen team to conclude our buying experience was exceptional and my family and I are grateful for the excellent service and support. We will definitely be returning customers when our need for another vehicle comes up. We highly recommend Collin Meyer! Great job!”

“Myself and my husband bought our first volkswagon from here. I was super excited, however, that didn’t last long at all. By long at all I mean days. Within days the vehicle we bought started having multiple different issues. Main issue is the heat. It does not work properly, in fact, it worked so poorly days after we bought it on December 27th 2024 that the first couple weeks into January myself and our two young children drove around with blankets on our legs. This is just the start of the issues. I called and wanted to take my vehicle in but was put on a waiting list for a car to use while they had mine because let’s be honest here who can afford to rent a car for god knows how long when you are paying almost $800/month for a car payment. I was on said waiting list for almost 2 months which was basically most of the winter with no heat in the car. Then I was given a much smaller vehicle than my atlas to use which resulted in us having to pay others to pickup and drop off our kids at school. The dealership ended up having our atlas for arund 4 weeks when they called and said it was ready. Drove there and the gentleman at the desk says “not sure who called you but the vehicle isn’t ready”. So irritated of course because we don’t live close to the dealership, I left anyways with the rental car still. They then called me and said they now had an atlas I could use. So I yet again drove there to swap out rentals. After having our atlas for almost 6 weeks they called and said it was ready. I drove out there, however, insisted I check everything in the vehicle to make sure it was in fact fixed. Once I started checking , not one of the problems I said were an issue were fixed including the heat. The gentleman at the service desk had the mechanic that worked on my vehicle come out and sit in the car with me. He played with it, took the cabin filter out (it was wet). He did a reset on the screen for the heat, it still wasn’t working properly and he didn’t know why the cabin filter was wet. His exact words to me then were “we are going to have to keep the car longer, I’m going to have to take it apart again and fix it. Im not sure what’s going on but it seems like it might be an electrical issue”. I said okay. In the meantime the service manager Eric asked me to wait there until he got there. He said he was on his way. Since I had mentioned to them I had talked to lawyers (not hired) just talked to them he said the would no longer be helping me. That I had to take the vehicle not working with me. I asked to speak to the GM he said he would have him call me. Months on top of months later I still have never spoken to this said GM. I told Eric what his mechanic said to me and his exact words to me were “He should have never told you that because he doesn’t know what he is talking about”. If he doesn’t know what he is talking about then why is he working on my vehicle.

“Firstly this is my third vehicle from Lafontaine-Volkswagen, and service is always handled with care and grace. They work to make sure you leave happy! My salesperson was Ethan, not just because I’ve received DOZENS of text lol but I came here to google and ETHAN’S! Reviews were the first I saw so I took it as a sign that he’s for me. Now the details, I was in a car accident on Monday, I was notified by my insurance company Tuesday my Jetta🥹 was a loss; i literally texted Ethan my details and what I wanted that night! Wednesday morning Ethan called me and asked for my information and GOT TO WORK!!! Bye 4:30pm he notified me of my APPROVAL! Through all this Ethan’s communication and advice is exponentially top tier, I’m very satisfied at how he made all this happen with my circumstances! Like I GOT WHAT I WANTED! Also thank you to Howard for his hard work and personal advice for going forward. This is the best dealership ever that’s why I keep coming back lol, they really provide reassurance that they have your back and will do their best to make something happen for you! They will provide good conversation and make you laugh while being realistic because they want you to still be able to maintain life while having something nice to drive.THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOOO MUCH THIS SELL MEANT SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU KNOW!”
