The LaFontaine teams also were helpful providing quotes, crunching the numbers on different loan terms, and overall helping with different breakdown of different down payments. Nina was also able contact other LaFontaine dealerships such Toyota and other brands of interest to reserve vehicles for us to test drive. Nina was also very knowledgeable and accompanied us during test drives showcasing the different trim levels and difference between the latest model and some of the certified pre-owned models. Nina and LaFontaine family were very patient and did not pressured us as we spread our appointments out, test drove different makes and models, and brought our whole family to make sure our vehicle purchase was the right fit. Nina, Jose, the LaFontaine family, and the finance team were able to come very close to our pre-approved loan APY and were able to help grant us some additional perks.
