“I worked with Jim Salloum to get my 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. This was an absolutely phenomenal experience! The technology and voice control features are what sold me! I have a physical disability, and the Nautilus has top-notch accessibility! My arms are only about a foot long, so it can be hard to reach to utilize the touch screen in most cars. I love that the Nautilus has its touch screen a bit more forward than other cars, AND, I can still just use the voice activated controls! It’s wild to me that I can tell my car what temperature to set the heat or a/c! Jim was amazingly helpful! He certainly went above and beyond! He was able to get me 2 seatbelt extensions through the Ford Accessibility Program. But regardless of that, this is BY FAR the most disability friendly and accessible vehicle I’ve ever driven! Granted, a Lincoln is still a luxury car, and you don’t necessarily need to drive luxury to have accessibility. However, it’s outstanding to have so much accessibility in such a nice vehicle! And I sincerely hope that all the voice controls and assistive technology is/will be available on all other Ford vehicles. Hopefully there will be even more innovative accessibility features available in the future! Thank you Jim and Jack Demmer Lincoln for a fantastic car and great service experience!”
