“I purchased a "new" 2024 Mustang GT Premium from Mac Haik Ford in DeSoto, TX (515 S Interstate 35 East Service Rd). I was told the vehicle was a dealer trade and completely new. After taking delivery, I discovered multiple issues that were never disclosed to me. The car had 375 miles at the time of purchase and shows clear signs of prior repairs and reconditioning, including: Trash/debris under the paint on the trunk body and trunk lid Holes underneath the hood consistent with previous PDR (paintless dent repair) Hood bolts with visible marks indicating the hood had been removed Full-vehicle buffing/holograms suggesting significant paint work Left rear tire with a cut on the sidewall and evidence of attempted glue/repair None of these issues were disclosed before the sale. I believed I was buying a new, undamaged vehicle, and I feel the condition of this car does not match what was represented by the dealership. I am bringing this to Ford’s attention because transparency is important and I want to ensure this does not happen to other customers”
