“We have been a loyal Honda customer since we leased our Honda Accord in 2019 and then bought it. We have been coming here to get the oil changed and required maintenance done. We will not be coming back. The free car wash was down and the service report system was down. Not acceptable considering the amount of money they overcharge everyone for services. The complimentary drinks, snacks and seating is not so complementary when you are being charged almost $50 in miscellaneous services. When we asked what it was for we were told it’s for gloves and other items the technician uses and everyone is charged this fee. Ridiculous! I looked at my last service receipt and was charged $9 for miscellaneous services. They said the law “allows” them to charge up to 10% additional for anything. The almost $50 was 15% of my invoice.”

“I got the car I wanted…. However, what I went through to buy it was unbelievable. I bought a certified used vehicle that I had inquired about. Come to find out it wasn’t in their possession at the time I showed interest despite it being advertised on their website. The salesman told me it would be in this Monday 2/2/26 and he would let me know when it got there. I got a call from him stating it was there and to hurry up and get to the dealership because there were three other people interested in the car and that they would not hold it for me. So I took time out of my busy day and went down there. The salesman was in a meeting when I got there and I was greeted by the salesman manager. He told me that the car was not there, and that there was no way that the salesman told me it was there. Basically calling me a liar. He made it right by promising me I had first shot to buy the car and discounted the price, so I left. Later in the day the salesman called me again and said the car was there. I went back down, inspected it, and ended up buying it. Just before writing the check, the salesman told me they only had one key. I requested that another key be made. The sales manager got involved again and treated me a 50 year man like a child and discussions got heated.
Come to find out after reviewing the certified warranty paperwork that providing two keys is a prerequisite of the warranty. If the deal wasn’t too good to pass up, I would never have bought the car there. The salesman was fine despite misrepresenting that the car was at the dealership when it wasn’t. The sales manager was very inconsiderate given the hassle I had to deal with. I am sure they will make excuses in a response to this review that lacks truth and accuracy.”
