“Dec 2025 : Voss Village BMW service department - I walked in saying good morning and had to repeat myself like 3 times till the employee finally recognized me, totally unfriendly, very bad experience. Plus they charged me $1500 for a scratch finding out later it was PPF. Thanks for screwing me.”

“My daughter and I had a great experience at Voss BMW purchasing a used X3. After she was rear-ended on the highway and her car totaled, I went in search of a safe, well-built dependable replacement car - and the X3 checked all the boxes. Tom Wellbaum walked us through the purchase, and everyone from management to finance to the detail tech was personable and professional. Great pricing and excellent customer service - can't beat that.”

“Has a terrible experience with Voss BMW Service department. Brought in my car 3 times in the last week just because they keep cutting corners. I first brought in my car to do a battery registration which they charged $170, which is typical. I mentioned the car has check engine light for code P0171 and P0174 which they didn’t do anything and cleared the code. The code came back on after 5 minutes of driving. They did mention cylinder 5 was misfiring. So I changed spark plug and coil pack for cylinder 5. Brought it in a second time and requested to check for seal leaks which they didn’t do. Told me I didn’t tight down spark plugs and charged me $400 for that. Fair enough that’s my fault. Drove it home and the check engine light came back on giving the same P0171 and P0174 for Engine running lean. Brought it in the 3rd time and requested to check for seal leaks which they didn’t do. They quoted me $1800 for oil cap, coils and plugs replacements which I declined because the price is insane and they didn’t tell me that on my second visit. Which is only 1 day prior. This service department not only charge higher price than other places but also cut corners and is shady. Definitely don’t recommend taking your BMW here for service.”

“The sales manager, Aaron Kerstanski, is the main reason I had a great purchase experience at Voss BMW. He was involved with every step. He worked extra hard to maximize my trade value and Aaron made sure my overall buying experience was a good one. That includes the prep/detailing of the car. Aaron noticed a small exterior paint spot on delivery day and sent the car back to have it look perfect. Aaron also made recommendations, and he explained why the addition was wise, on items to upgrade to when creating the build specs of the car. Aaron was right on all of them. Each upgrade was well worth the extra money. The indoor delivery space is nice for a comfortable, private, focused delivery experience. Days later, Voss BMW sent Manuel the BMW Genius to my home to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about my BMW to maximize my ownership experience. It was very helpful.”
