“My wife and I came here as we were interested in a new Mazda CX-50. I called to confirm its availability as we lived about an hour away and were greeted by Tim on the phone. He was great from the get go and told us he would have it ready for a test drive once we arrived. Once we got to the dealership we met him in person and he got us prepped for our test drive, along with prepping a trade that we had brought in. We enjoyed the car after the test drive and then started into the paperwork. Tim and the sales team (Nikki especially) were excellent throughout and super helpful. They offered a great deal on our trade in, and also helped us clearly see what our payments were going to be. We then made it to the gentleman who was the "final boss" (finance), who was joyable to speak to and very informal. He was excellent as well and I appreciated his clarity on the finance side of things. Overall the experience here is no pressure, and everyone was more than willing to help and were very friendly and informative. Also, we came in an hour before close and Tim, sales, and finance had to all stay over but made sure were greatly taken care of. Very happy with our purchase, but even more happy to have went to this dealership.”

“All the staff was amazing! The vehicle that I was interested in was not what it was advertised as but they discounted it to reflect the known issues. It was priced at having both the hard top and soft top. The soft top didn’t have the windows with it so having the soft top was a moot point. I can replace the entire top with a better one for the same price as purchasing the parts are missing. All of the simple things I was perfectly ok with. In the inspection they noted that the rear door wouldn’t open and the vehicle needed an alignment. That was done with the used car inspection. The steering components is clapped out and the steering wheel was offset. The only real issue that I am upset about is the engine needing a lot of repair before it fails.”
