“Drove off with a 2021 Acura TLX today. Chad was our representative and he was transparent and made the entire process painless. We both really appreciate the no pressure sales and helped navigating the options on our new vehicle! In and out in about 3 hours with financing and a test drive, not bad at all. I usually dread the Finance part, but Mike was straightforward and got us out quick. I can say it was a pleasant experience.

“I spent the entire day at this dealership, and it was a complete waste of time. Even though I had received approval from the bank and they knew my interest rate, my salesperson, Allyn, refused to disclose it until the very end of the day, around 7 PM, after preparing all the other documents. It seemed like they hoped I would sign everything without knowing the actual rate, which ended up wasting my entire day. In the end, because the interest rate was too high, I didn’t go through with the purchase, and it was truly frustrating”
