Had couple of bad experiences with other dealerships for service , until I gave hanlees Chevy a try and met German , been doing my cars services with him since. Honest , helpful, professional and kind. If you looking to service your car just call the dealership and ask for German. Will make your life so much easier.

German gives our company great service. If we have an issue he doesn’t hesitate to have it brought in and completes the job in a timely manner. Always available after hours if needed. We’ll continue to maintain all 6 vehicles at Hanlees with service like that!

Went in without an appointment because I was way overdue for my oil change on my Equinox. German took my in right away! Glad I went in because they found that my brakes were almost metal to metal. Got both the oil change and front brakes done all in one visit. Was in and out within a couple Hours. Thanks German! You Guys Rock!

Ok. So this is gonna be a story. But I assure you, incase you just want the 5 second review, it ends well for Davis Hanlees and their whole crew! So to start with, I have a 2016 chevy Volt. Love the car. Got it with all the trim. Loved it so much I boughtmy fiance one and my mom got one. Only 2 things I wish it had were a sun roof and electric seats. Otherwise it has been the best car I have ever had. I came to Hanlees in around 2017 as I was going to school and they have been my maintenance guys ever since. Always loved their efficiency in care and doing their best on pricing so it is not scary to go to them for service. Now some prep info. My volt had a battery range max of 63 miles on a charge when I first got it. This would drop to around 53 in cold weather. Over the years my charge was getting down to 53 max in hot weather and about 48 in cold. I bought all the warranties for this car since at the time electric was still new for companies like GM so it wasn't clear how easy things like service or repairs would be. Additionally I bought my car as a lemon law buyback with about 2k miles on it. Something went wrong with the alternator and it was immediately replaced with a brand new one. Never had a problem since. So about a year ago I took my car in for an oil change ge and Hanlees noticed it was having some sort of leak in the battery. Now I had heard that without a warranty that I might be looking a 10k on the battery alone. But thankfully I had the warranty so it was completely free. So we agreed that they would take my car and do a full battery replacement and that it might take a few days or couple weeks because they would have to wait for the battery to come in. So part of this is I got a fully paid loaner. A chevy equinox. Awesome little car btw and if I decide to switch I might do an electric version of that! After about a month, the battery still hadn't come in. When I started asking the head of repair German to tell me more about what was going on, he started letting me know that each one of these batteries are apparently made to order. So the hold up seems to be somewhere in the GM system. Nothing at all Hanlees could do. They were constantly calling GM trying to find out what the delay would be, what the time frame would really look like etc. And I know this because I was checking in with them getting updates every couple days. Which they were always very polite and very understanding. The working relationship between me and the shop has always been very professional and polite. It definitely makes the waiting easier. So after a month the battery still isn't there. And it looks like it ain't gonna be any time soon so they renew my lease for another 3 months. No cost to me. Just come in and refresh the paperwork and go have fun. So I'm still checking in and then all of a sudden near the end of the third month I got into an accident with the loaner! I was definitely humiliated. I had damaged the car they gave me as a loaner! (I still think it was mostly the guy who ran into me's fault though, but the point is I was trusted with a free car and now it was damaged. Low speed collision so no one was injured. Just crumpled metal etc. ) So I brought the car back but they were very understanding and I from there opted to borrow one of the other volts I had in reserve for the remainder of the time. Plus apparently 4+ months of a loaner was already a stretch for the insurance company. I did also inquire around this time if this situation had ever come up. Anyway the waiting was getting a little crazy but I definitely kept my cool because German and his people are doing there best and we're always sympathetic to the plight of having to wait this long for a simple part. So we started the long wait. During the next 5 months (I don't recall exactly, might have been more maybe less) no word from GM. I started spacing my pestering calls out to every other week or so. Then a couple weeks ago we finally got word the battery was coming in! So I was almost ready to get back in my car! But they didn't have the proper too
