“This is a great place to buy your Volvo, especially from Frank Martinez, but abysmal for after-sales service. To buy the car, they offer the sky and stars. However, they do not stand by their word.
I recently took my Volvo for its 30,000-mile service. When the service rep Juan Salas gave it back to me, I noticed that the service invoice contained services that Volvo did not perform, such as tire rotation, liquid top-off, and hinge lubrication.
Also, I had to go back a few days later because my car was leaking. A three-year old Volvo car, which is driven less than 25 miles daily, should definitely not be leaving pools of oil on every parking spot. The Volvo reps told me that the technician "forgot" to tighten the oil plug, and that was why it was leaking oil. Furthermore, they said that "do not worry because they were not going to charge this time" for the service. To have the gall to suggest that there was even a possibility of charging me for fixing their screw-up is preposterous! This could have ended terribly for me if the car engine had burned out. Judging by their abysmal after-service track record, this dealer wouldn't have accepted any responsibility if the engine had actually burned out.
I am happy with the Volvo brand, but extremely unhappy with this particular dealer for their subpar customer service.”
