“I purchased a 2024 dodge ram 3500 diesel approximately 1 1/2 ago. Both batteries went dead. Upon inspection, i found batteries that were manufactured in 2013, making it more than 10 years old at the time. This dealership refuses to take responsibility and taking care of my batteries. I had to buy 2 new truck batteries out of my pocket after only having the truck on the road only 1 1/2 years. There is no customer service here. No manager on site never. Dont buy from here!🚫”
