“so I wasn't going to say anything about being sold a car that looked amazing from the photos that I received, but when I got there, it had extensive paint oxidation. I'm a retired Navy Mechanic Chief Petty Officer, I could fix that no problem. While there I ran a scan with my autel scanner and it revealed issues with the brake system. I was told the car is sold as is. That too I can fix no problem. While driving back to VA, I wondered if I would make it because of a wobble in the rear. That too I can fix, I already ordered some parts. The thing that pushed me over the top is here it is two weeks later and my titling items still have not been sent off to my DMV.”

“I had the worst experience of my life at Car Factory Outlet, and I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. They are dishonest, negligent, and extremely unprofessional.
Here’s what happened:
1. I bought a car from them, and they gave me the wrong vehicle — completely different from what was on my paperwork and insurance.
👉 I drove it for 7 days without registration or valid insurance, without knowing.
2. When they finally exchanged it for the "correct" one, the new car had serious mechanical problems:
Rear brake light didn’t work,
The car shakes heavily at 70 mph,
No proper inspection or service was offered.
3. Before I could bring the car back, I got into an accident.
I had to pay for the repairs myself, which took weeks.
After the repairs, I went back to the dealer to ask for the mechanical issues to be fixed — they ignored me completely.
4. My temporary plate expired 2 time, and they are now refusing to give me my permanent plate unless I pay them $409.
And if that wasn’t bad enough...
> 💥 The manager actually suggested I leave my jewelry (gold/silver) as “guarantee” so I could get my plate.
This is unethical, abusive, and possibly illegal. and I have all this evidence
5. The car is currently stuck at the dealership, I cannot drive it, go to work, or move legally.
They don’t care, and they have not offered any fair solution.

This company takes your money, delivers unsafe cars, and holds your license plate hostage unless you pay extra under shady conditions.
They act like predators, not professionals.
I am currently filing complaints with the FLHSMV, Florida Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau.
