“Great vehicle and phenomenal salesman in David. A very charismatic and courteous man. However the management refused to lower the dealer fees of $1999 which they claimed is for services down to the vehicle like cleaning, oil changes etc. impossible because the next day vehicle had bugs 🐞 all over. I had to go to Home Depot and fumigate the vehicle twice because my wife was petrified. The previous owner was a slob and did not keep a clean vehicle. It’s hard to fathom $1999 for work that was not performed. Disappointed. Other then that the vehicle drives excellent and again our salesman was not to blame as he is only doing his job to get the vehicle sold not to clean it that’s management’s responsibility. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fees and the roaches.”
