“The purchase process was 5 stars. The expectation of receiving the vehicle was 4 stars. I asked when the vehicle would be ready and was told 3:00 the next day. It wasn’t. I’m glad I called over first before driving there. Our salesman was not in so it was missed. We did get the car the following day with the dealership contacting me first. So the stars went back up. All and all a great experience”

“**Updated because I did get a call from the dealership regarding the issue and it's appreciated. Reviewing Service, without getting any service done yet>> The ASM I dealt with was great and I'm really happy with that end of things. The biggest issue here is the mall cop working the service bay and lot. Extremely rude, aggressive, and unsavory older guy. Unprofessional is an understatement. Scolded me when I parked in service parking out on the lot, to go talk to service. ASM had me pull in the bay to get my VIN, no issue, then this guy decided to rush up, open my truck door, and ask me for the keys with an attitude... With my unleashed dog in the backseat. Dangerous and a violation of space and property. $3k later, same attitude, like I was just taking up his precious (otherwise empty) car bay when I went out to check on the pup and ASM was working the bill. Hey, Toyota or Dartmouth, this guy is costing you money! I'm hoping for a better experience when I come in for the install this week.”

“Always had a great service. Bought 2 cars from Joe Ferreira and very happy with Joe's willingness to support and straight forward approach with correct information. Wouldn't think twice before buying another vehicle from Joe but hope i wouldn't need one for a long time. Always, had great service when visited them over last 3 years. everytime, when i visited for services. Friendly and supportive staff. When buying cars, as always read and understand what are you signing up for and what they are adding up as additional items, specialy when you finance it and how it affect your monthly payment and total price. I didn't have the best experience with the person who I met to sign papers as he rushed in and didn't provide accurate info about add on services. It wasn't a big deal for me but someone else might not appreciate it.”
