“Stay away! Brought our CRV in for a recall fuel pump replacement. Was told it would take 4 hours, really? Okay maybe the technician was new. We got a call saying we needed $3000.00 worth of work. I'm sorry did we ask you to check out the car? No we wanted the recall taken care of. Five hours later we got the car back for a fuel pump replacement?? We have a local shop we use and trust to take care of our cars. Sad they can't take of recalls and we have to go to a dealer that only cares about money and not the customer. Once again I have left a car dealership feeling dirty and used. I will say it again, you have one chance to make a first impression.”
