All was great as I hoped and I was sitting with a sales rep who didn’t pressure me one bit on any add ons or push anything further. He understood “I’m all set,” and we moved forward to the purchase. He made sure everything lined up well for me to get my plate swapped and I was driving right out into the street with my new vehicle as soon as I left. I highly recommend Carmax. It was my second purchase with them, and there is 0 hassle.. no hidden fee’s and from my own personal experience, better pricing. 10/10 I also traded my car in, and the appraisal done online was super easy and just as easy when I came in so they could see it all lined up the same. They finished and kept the same number given online. Very easy.”
