“I was stranded in a brand new 2026 VW. They were super nice and arranged for a loaner for me the next day even though they didn't have one when the tow truck arrived. After I left, Diana from their front desk called me that I left my driver's license and credit card... I was already 10 minutes away, but she volunteered to bring it to me as they just closed. Wonderful people!”

“We brought our aging 2009 EOS to Danbury VW for an overall health check-up. They provided us with a comprehensive and detailed assessment of repairs we should make for safety reasons as well as others we need to consider if we want to keep the car for the long term. This was very helpful. What is neat is that they sent us a video with the service tech walking around under the car pointing out the various issues. Everyone in the Service Dept. was friendly, efficient and professional. Their prices might be a little higher than at an independent shop, but we know from past experience that no one knows how to make a complicated repair better than trained VW technicians. Stephen B.”

“I had a recall handled, and they also took care of a long-standing intermittent problem that was covered by warranty. The service team, especially Eric, was excellent at resolving the issue within a day. I appreciate their efforts.”

“I recently, had my vehicle serviced at Volkswagen of Danbury. From the ever so pleasant Service Secretary, Diane, to the end, signing my finished paperwork, this was an excellent experience. Such clear communication through the appointment An option was provided to opt in for texts and videos. This was interesting so, I did so. I even received a quick video that was sent to me of my service technician reviewing my vehicle.
Eric, the Service Advisor, was extremely professional, friendly, and fun to communicate with. I knew I needed tires going in and he provided me three separate quotes/options for having them replaced.
If you are reading these reviews and you are in the market to purchase a VW, look no more. I understand the importance of continuing the relationship after the sale. We all want to know we will be taken care of for the duration of our ownership. You can be sure you will have that experience here.

“Phenomenal experience getting my 26 tiguan r-line turbo, first lease for me and Aliyah Sousa was excellent, laid-back and took care of everything. Unfortunately 700miles in had a turbo failure but alas nothing lasts forever. 10/10 will always recommend the great crew at Danbury VW.”
