“I used the Costco Auto Program to begin my online shopping experience. I received an email authorization number immediately; the email contained a list of trained Authorized Contacts at the dealership. Surprisingly, Authorized Contact Marvin Luna called and left me a voice message saying he e-mailed me a quote for my selected vehicle. I called Marvin back apologizing that I hadn't checked my email and didn't answer his call since he wasn't a saved contact. We agreed to meet in person the following day (Sunday). I went with my Mom to meet him and we are very impressed with his skills to not only explain the Costco Auto Program but also to address all our questions and concerns. Marvin's attention to detail along with a doctor's bedside manner guided us through the whole purchase process. We never felt overwhelmed with the information. Anytime something began to sound complicated, my Mom and I felt comfortable pausing Marvin and asking him to review it again to get us up to speed. He is so courteous and charming. We left there with a new vehicle and a positive appreciation for Marvin and City Toyota.”

“This review is for the service department at City Toyota. When I was walking out to pick up my car from having warranty work done, I see my car hugged up against the wall and I look at the driver and he is upset shaking his head. I walk to the other side of the car and see the damages. Obviously I'm very upset. Hard to find fully loaded Sienna that we babied for a year then one of their negligent employees drives my car into a wall. First thing I thought of was now my car that originally had a clean history will have an accident on its carfax record now. The service manager said they will take care of everything and that they had my back. They said they will take it to a Toyota certified body shop that does great work on their cars. I ask to see the estimate from that body shop and it turns out they were just trying to repair vs replace parts which would have been the cheap way to go to repair this damage. Luckily I declined having it fixed at their body shop and am now going through a different body shop who will replace the quarter panel and sliding door. Damages will be over 10k covered by their insurance. Here's where it gets messy. City Toyota service department does not want to entertain me in any way for compensation. I asked for things that I thought was fair (extended warranty and service packages) but they are just trying to brush it off like it was just a normal accident and insurance will take care of the repairs. Yes I understand accidents happen but this is over 10k worth of damages not a small door dent that they caused. Please think twice about trusting them with your car or trusting them with what they say.”

“I recently bought a car at City Toyota, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Neil Sayson, was incredibly informative about the car we wanted and offered solid, practical advice. He was patient throughout the process and never pushy, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. When it came time to haggle, Neil involved his General Sales Manager, Chris Paras, for approval. Chris was down-to-earth and clearly understood our budget. We had a great, enjoyable conversation, and he helped us get the car within our budget. Overall, City Toyota really takes care of its customers. I’d highly recommend City Toyota to anyone looking to buy their first car or next one. Great people, great service, and a seamless buying experience.”

“German, Randy, and Aida were very welcoming and professional during our purchase of the new Land Cruiser during this quarter-end special. We couldn’t ask for more. They weren’t pushy or sneaky about anything in the contract, and German even let us pick out anything from the cafe while we waited since it got really busy when we got there. German was really responsive over phone, text, and email. Top notch dealership and the best in California. There’s a pretty good Mexican food place next door if you’re waiting in the queue. We got exactly what we wanted and more.”

“We got our first new car last week at City Toyota. The whole process was nice and easy. First, we compared several different dealers and got the best offer here. Before coming to pick up our car in person, the communication with Leon, our dealer, was very helpful. His responses were always prompt. On the day of our car pickup, we had a brief test drive and then the whole process was about two hours, very efficient. I would highly recommend this place to purchase your vehicles!”
