From the moment I walked in, the manager (Greg McCoy) and salesman (I forgot his name, forgive me ) were welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful. They made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I’m very pleased with my new car and truly appreciate their professionalism. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience!

I recently got a 2026 Kia Sportage hybrid, and Cameron was such a great salesman! He really listened to what I wanted and didn’t push me to buy anything I wasn’t sure about. I’m so happy with my purchase, and Cameron is definitely the person to go to if you’re looking for excellent service!

The folks over at Southwest Kia are PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend writhing with AJ Obeidat or Christian Alexander for your purchase. They didn’t stress me out with all that salesman BS. I asked for the best out the door price and it was provided up front via email and immediately blew their Frisco competition out of the water by 8k! To lock in the deal they sent me to finance manager Jonathan Smith, I had a few more concerns that could delay my purchase but he was able to work with me. I purchased a brand new Kia K5 EX with all the warranties including gap insurance AND I was able to stay within my car budget. He even took the time to educate me about how the finance charges work so that I can pay my loan off faster and avoid being upside down. I also got to chat with the floor manager Scott! He was so kind and personable and signed off on the deal made between AJ and I. It was all around an amazing experience. I would recommend this dream team to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Just tell them your concerns and what you need and they’ll help you come up with the perfect strategy to reach your goals! Thanks guys! You were all amazing!

I had an amazing experience working with AJ at Southwest Kia! I absolutely love my new car, and AJ truly made the impossible happen with my trade-in. They were patient, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a car I’m excited about. If you’re looking for someone who will really work for you and make the process smooth, AJ is the one to see. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

I brought my Sorento in for a multipoint inspection and routine service before a long drive. The battery test showed 0% State of Health with a red “Replace Now” warning, yet the inspection report marked the battery as “passed,” and no alternator or charging-system test was performed. Shortly after leaving, the alternator failed at highway speed, causing a sudden loss of power steering and a 52-mile emergency tow that I paid for out of pocket. This was a serious and avoidable safety issue resulting from an incomplete inspection. When I asked about remediation, I was told alternator diagnostics would incur a $139 fee, but no one offered to investigate the failed battery or charging system before I left. Instead, the only recommendations were brake and coolant flushes and a fuel additive, while the rest of the inspection was marked “green.” The service manager did offer to reimburse half the tow, which I appreciate, but I have not been able to reach the General Manager to resolve the remainder. I’ve attempted 4 calls at different times and days and several emails but ended up connecting with their Sales and Service managers who were helpful but lacked the authority to approve my requests. Some even said they left notes on the GM’s desk to call me back but a week later that is yet to happen. While waiting, I also spoke with sales in an effort to upgrade to a newer car. Vehicles listed as available could not be located, keys were “missing” until I asked to see a brand-new unit, and the conversation quickly shifted to add-ons like LoJack and short-term paint/interior coverage. The salesperson tried to convince me they were good products that fit my lifestyle when I clearly said I didn’t want or need them, and clarified that all their vehicles included them and are worth the extra $3-4k cost on the vehicle, which in itself it had no discount or incentives. Overall, the experience showed a lack of urgency, organization, and focus on safety-critical diagnostics.
