“Great experience. Mr. Chinh Le was super helpful and patient. We never felt pressured or rushed. He gave us what we were looking for on our trade-in. The whole process was quick and easy. Answered all of our questions. Took less than an hour and we drove off the lot in a brand new 26' Civic Sport. My wife is beyond happy with her new car. Thanks again.”

“I bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Rusty Wallis some time ago and have returned since then for service, but after ongoing negative experiences felt compelled to share this review.
My sales experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and lacked basic transparency. The test drive was rushed since the rep had to return to another customer (assuming someone much more important than me), but worse, the final price presented on company letterhead was nearly 7K more than what was originally quoted. When I questioned, the rep casually pulled a pencil from his pocket to scribble down changes. I had expected fees and taxes, but this felt blatantly dishonest. Unfortunately the financing experience was no better and the rep felt similarly untrustworthy. By the end, I couldn’t imagine how anyone could enjoy the "new car feeling" after such a frustrating experience. Returning for a routine oil change, the service team advocated that the car (at only 45K miles) needed thousands in repairs. Frustrated with that experience, the next service was at a different dealership who ran tests on the vehicle, finding no issues.
Separately, I receive repeated phone calls from sales at Rusty Wallis but when I reach out with a legitimate question my emails go unanswered. In my personal experience, Rusty Wallis Honda seems to prioritize profits over customers and I cannot recommend them. I am open to editing this review however if they make an effort to address my concerns.”

“We had a great experience at Rusty Wallis Honda, thanks to George. He was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful as we looked for an SUV for my wife. George took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the process easy without any pressure.
He and his manager were able to give us a better price on the vehicle compared to the competition, which ultimately sealed the deal for us. Financing terms were about the same as what other dealers were offering, but the overall value and the way we were treated made this the right choice.
If you’re car shopping, definitely ask for George—he made a big difference in our experience!”
