“Best car buying experience EVER!!! From walking in the door every employee was so friendly. Of course my salesman Chris Juarez was the BEST!!! He works hard for you to get you what you want at a price you can afford. Sales managers, management and of course my man James in Finance was incredible. Everyone that had a hand in my car deal thank you, thank you, thank you. I would without a doubt recommend Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.”

“Planet Lincoln is a beautiful facility with many Lincoln’s to choose from in the showroom. Lindsey Johnston offered knowledgeable and professional service to us during the process of selecting our Lincoln. We looked at several before we decided and she was patient, friendly and answered every question we had. The reason for four stars is due to the finance department which I feel needs improvement in Customer Service. Overall everyone we encountered was friendly and seemed to work together as a team. I would definitely purchase another Lincoln from Planet Lincoln.”

“My Nautilus has been out of service for more than 30 days and counting due to warranty repairs. During this time, I was not provided with an adequate loaner vehicle, and when the car was previously returned to me, the sunroof and headliner—previously spotless—were delivered stained and dirty, which is completely unacceptable. I have tried to resolve this directly with the dealership and Customer Care, but the response has been poor and inflexible, and the proposed solutions (trade-in or compensation) have not been fair. This situation has cost me time, money, and trust in the brand. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership in my life.”

“If I could leave more than five stars, I would. I want to start by saying this review is not just about a great dealership—it’s about what the car-buying experience should actually look like, especially when purchasing a six-figure vehicle. Prior to coming here, I had a very poor experience at another dealership while attempting to purchase a $150,000 vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately bombarded by multiple salespeople. There was no effort to understand who I was, my business, or my needs—just an aggressive, starving-sales mentality. When they realized which vehicle I wanted, it felt like the sales team was arguing over who would get the deal. I wasn’t even allowed to test drive the vehicle because it “needed service,” yet they were more than comfortable trying to negotiate numbers on a car I hadn’t driven. Because I was doing a dual trade-in, I had to come back the following day. I was told everything would be ready. It wasn’t. After driving over an hour back to the dealership, nothing was prepared. I ended up spending eight hours there on a Saturday—time I’ll never get back with my son—waiting on finance, only to be told at closing time that they were short-staffed and I would need to come back again the next day. Throughout this entire process, I was never placed in a private office; negotiations were done in the lobby, in public, with zero regard for privacy or professionalism. At that point, I walked away and found Planet Lincoln—and the contrast was immediate. From the moment I arrived, I was properly greeted and paired with the right person. The staff was calm, professional, and intentional. I was guided to a private lounge area with refreshments and entertainment. The experience felt more like a high-end private banking environment than a dealership. Before verifying any details, they ensured the vehicle was fully detailed and ready specifically for a test drive. The drive itself was excellent—but what stood out most was the approach. My salesperson, Brodricks Abumere, never once asked a pushy sales question. He focused entirely on relationship—asking about my family, my child, my business, and my life. It was genuine, natural, and respectful. That matters. After the drive, they worked seamlessly with my requests and my needs. Brodricks then brought in the General Manager, Josh. This man knows his business. He was sharp, respectful, and incredibly professional while still being personable and understanding. He is a true asset to the organization. The finance process was equally impressive—organized, efficient, and handled with confidence. No wasted time. No chaos. No pressure. If you are considering a new vehicle—especially a premium one—do not waste your time elsewhere. This is, without question, the best automotive purchasing experience I have had in years.”
