I was impressed by how polite and friendly the staff was considering how busy they were. Andrea went out of her way to work around my schedule to make sure I was taken care of. She listened to what I wanted and I never felt pressured. It was a refreshing experience!”

“The overall buying experience was like any other car buying experience. We took the car without them cleaning it as they were closing, which was fine, as the sales guy said we could pick it up and have it cleaned later. ​ What makes me give them 1 star is they did a poor job of cleaning the car after they "detailed" the car for final delivery. The area under the hood was still dusty, they left all the leaves that were trapped between the door and hood area, and they did a poor job cleaning the interior. ​I could go back, but why bother when they couldn't even do it right the first time? Would not recommend.”
