“Horrible service. Toyota Highlander is having a safety issue with the blind spot detecting a vehicle TWO LANES over which is obviously not supposed to do and service specialist said they are aware of the issue and are running diagnosis. After 5 hours waiting, he came back saying everything is good and there is nothing wrong with the blind spot. This is a big safety hazard. I’ve almost crash because of this. Very upset that they admitted the blind spot isn’t working properly to later say everything is good. I waited two hours to speak with the director, Justin, who was too busy in a meeting and didn’t really care about his customers. Justin, the manager or director, just came to say that everything is within specs and he can’t do anything. Car in photo is two lanes over and blind spot is detecting it. If you’re having issues, you can report them to NHTSA (national highway traffic safety administration) - it takes 5 minutes. Just because your cars isn’t listed for recalls, it doesn’t mean everything is okay. Horrible experience. 7 hours and no resolution.”
