“I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a truck from them less than 60 days ago, and it has already broken down three separate times. None of these issues were disclosed at the time of purchase. Drove down 5 hours one way to check out and pick up if all seemed right. Everything was good (I thought) and drove off the lot. Truck broke down one hour after leaving, towed back to IMD (image attached in Durant). IMD did repairs and I picked the truck back up two weeks later (gave a loaner). Gave me zero documentation on any of the repairs, wouldn’t give any information beyond “lifters replaced”. Little over a week after picking back up, truck broke down again (not even 30 days after purchase, 2 breakdowns - reciept attached for this repair). Truck broke down again this morning, haven’t even gotten it tagged. It feels like these problems either weren’t properly inspected or were knowingly withheld. A tire sensor monitor light came on before the initial breakdown, so it seemed they cleared the code instead of repairing. Either way, it all reflects poorly on IMD. All reads as fraudulent, if I could go back in time I would. I didn’t plan on leaving a review initially, but I can’t stand the fact that this dealership will continue selling vehicles to unsuspecting customers excited about a sound purchase. A vehicle failing three times in the first two months is completely unacceptable. If you want to purchase a vehicle that you won’t be terrified of driving, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you would like to pay for what you purchase and not immediately spend an extra few grand, should probably go elsewhere. If you want to enjoy the excitement of a vehicle purchase and it not be the biggest financial regret of your life, may I recommend literally anywhere else to you? Edit: added a photo of the receipt from the second breakdown. Just over a week after going back to Dallas from Northwest Arkansas to pick up the truck after the first breakdown, this was out of my pocket even after backdating a $4500 warranty following the first breakdown, I literally have two packets of purchase paperwork because they redid all of it two weeks after purchase to include the warranty they strongly advised I tack on, like they were doing me favor after the first breakdown. 3 breakdowns, around 62 days after purchase now.”
