“I was so excited to get my dream car 1/19/26 I’ve always wanted a convertible. After the test drive I mentioned the back window did not close all the way once the top went back up. I was informed it would be fixed before I finalized paperwork. It was never fixed, they manually closed and sent me on my way. It’s been cold and snowing in Dallas I didn’t know it wasn’t fixed until it finally got warm enough for me to put the top down. I’ve been back 3 times about this window and continue to get the run around. I was told to come back then told to come back again once they get the part they needed that would take 24 hours it’s been over 48 hours and they still don’t have the part. I’m not happy about this one bit. I was also told to put a plastic bag on the window for rain. This is a 2024 why would have to put plastic on a window of my new car?”
