Who needs Sewell when you have Clay Cooley. Ill make my own commercial!! From the very second I stepped onto the lot at Clay Cooley Nissan on Wheatland Road, I was treated like absolute royalty. If you want to feel like a princess while buying a car, this is the only place to go! ​A huge shoutout to the dream team: Aaron, Jonathan, and Aiden. What can I say. They are AWESOME. Katy Valle my service advisor was outstanding. Every employee I came in contact with was very polite and outgoing. It was my first oil change and tire rotation on my Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. I scheduled my appointment, Katy got me right in. All work finished in a timely manner. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Well done Clay Cooley Nissan.

I was so excited to get my dream car 1/19/26 I’ve always wanted a convertible. After the test drive I mentioned the back window did not close all the way once the top went back up. I was informed it would be fixed before I finalized paperwork. It was never fixed, they manually closed and sent me on my way. It’s been cold and snowing in Dallas I didn’t know it wasn’t fixed until it finally got warm enough for me to put the top down. I’ve been back 3 times about this window and continue to get the run around. I was told to come back then told to come back again once they get the part they needed that would take 24 hours it’s been over 48 hours and they still don’t have the part. I’m not happy about this one bit. I was also told to put a plastic bag on the window for rain. This is a 2024 why would have to put plastic on a window of my new car?

I could not be more pleased with Clay Cooley Nissan team! They were all very friendly, not pushy or manipulative, and really knowledgeable about the vehicles & financing. Special shout out to Taylor Paschall, our salesperson, who really went above & beyond for me. He was super helpful and personable. He kept us informed every step of the way. I live about 3.5 hrs from Richardson & forgot a couple items in the car I traded in. Taylor handled it quickly and with no fuss. He had it shipped back to me within days. Recommend this dealership and Taylor Paschall!
