“Purchased a truck there for my son. Granted my sister and I who drove to pick it up dont know much about vehicles, should've taken a man with us i guess. However since hes gotten it hes had to replaced the whole front end, bad ball joints, upper ans lower control arms..rack and pinion are broken. Oil wasn't even changed and low. I asked these men if they'd let their wife or kid drive this truck over 500 miles back home to which they said "oh yes for sure". Meanwhile the brakes weren't functioning properly, the rotors were so rusted, the tires have chunks taken out of them it didnt even look like they cleaned the truck, but whatever i can do that. The clicker wasn't working, they switched the battery on it and didnt even put it in right 🤦‍♀️ Not saying its a bad dealership just kind of feel they couldve done a little better. We drove 500 miles there and back, a 12 hour day.. they wouldnt even give me more than 1/4th tank of gas. When we test drove it it was out of gas.. I feel like it was a quick flip for them. We went to this dealership because of the reviews, felt we, even as women, could trust them.. and well.. probably never again honestly.”
