We had some hiccups with the banks but he didn’t stop trying until he got me approved for the car I wanted! I will definitely be back to buy another car and refinance the one I bought in my home town. I bought it sight unseen and it was EVERYTHING I’ve been wanting and MORE! The AC wasn’t blowing cold and they made sure to fix it before I left. Amazing people to buy from!”

“First of all, the car we came to look at was at the wrong lot and they wouldn’t bring the car to the lot we were told to go to, so we had to move to their other lot. second, the car we went to look at had and airbag (srs) light on, the windshield was cracked, and one of the wiper blades were torn. We knew this was a rebuilt title 2019 Honda Civic, but at the price they were asking, we were expecting no issues, so immediately, we see the light on, I ask them about it, he says they can clear it, but to me, that doesn’t mean they will fix it. The car shouldn’t have been shown with an airbag light on in the first place, and for $13,800, especially if it’s rebuilt title, the car should be mechanically perfect. Anyways, that’s enough red flags for me, I tell them I don’t want the car, the salesman, Adil, who I’m seeing for the first time, asks me why, I tell him all the issues I found from only a 5 minute test drive, he gets defensive, (he didn’t even know about the cracked window) saying it’s rebuilt what do you expect, I tell him if your gonna sell a rebuilt car, we expect there aren’t any warning lights on, especially at that price. He gets mad and goes off saying that “this is the best price for a rebuilt title civic, we won’t find any other civic at this price”, I say that’s simply not true because we found a civic a week earlier with a clean title for $13k but it had some hail damage, he goes off saying I don’t know what I’m talking about, “hail damage is a total loss”, I know that’s not true, he starts telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about. I work at a Chevy dealership, I do in fact know what I’m talking about. He then proceeds to say “if that other Honda was such a good deal then why did we come here?!” At this point his tone and volume was getting very rude and he was clearly mad and being very unprofessional. He goes on about “it’s a rebuilt title… this is the best deal you’ll find, if youre not gonna buy the car then leave”, last thing I told him is that we don’t want the car I told you we don’t want it, you asked why and I told you, we’re leaving” . This whole interaction was over the top, and extremely unprofessional. It seems to me that adil cant deal with being told no very well, and needs to work on being professional, until then, this store will absolutely not have our business.”

I had the pleasure to be helped by, Jahangir. He was such a friendly guy, and extremely helpful! He was a big part of why I decided to make the purchase. “My wife and I bought this car site unseen. It was a leap of faith for us and Jay our sales rep couldn't have been more professional. Communication was spot on through the whole process to include a video walk through of the car for us. After the deal was done, he even put a new battery in the car along with changing all the fluids prior to shipping. Shipping costs ended up being 50 dollars more than our contract agreement but he would not let me pay him back. He just said dont worry about it. He also followed up on Shipping day to make sure we received the car and were happy.”
