“I’ll start off my saying that the employees were all very nice. What wasn’t great is that the communication was lacking (the guy who checked me in assured me that my service advisor would be reaching out and following up by the end of the day that I dropped it off), and that didn’t happen. I inconvenienced a family member to help facilitate the logistics of getting me to the dealership and getting me back and of course she was asking me what the game plan was and I had no idea. The communication I did get, however, was from another random employee at the dealership asking If she could give me a quote on my brand new Ranger to purchase it from me… This text message came within about a half of an hour of dropping the vehicle off. When I brought my truck in, I described an issue that was effecting the cruise control of my Ranger where it will randomly speed up after being set to a specific speed, and “runaway”…to 95-100+ mph until the brakes were applied. This happened about 4 separate times during long drives in my truck. This wasn’t an adaptive cruise control issue, but the service guy was trying to sell it as though that was what was likely going on. I know for certain that it wasn’t. Unfortunately, the data from Ford Pass didn’t go back to when then issue was occurring, so I know now that if it happens again, that I need to address it right away. The other reason this didn’t get a 5 star review is that when I got to my pick up truck and opened the door, I first noticed that my passenger side seat was laid all the way back (probably to work on the airbag recall), and that there were numerous scratches on my dash that weren’t there when I dropped it off. I guess as a customer when you take your vehicle to a dealership, you just expected to have it treated with TLC and returned at least the way it was dropped off if not better, especially since you’re spending money. :(”

“Kelly and Dave in the sales department are great to work with. After having a nightmare of a time with Brighton Ford's service department, we went to Interstate Ford. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and respected our time. We bought a 2025 Expedition Active from them. While negotiating the price, they looked for every possible discount to make this purchase easier for us. They found an offer that was better than First Responder discount. The finance department got us a better rate than our own bank would give us. I have nothing but good things to say about Interstate Ford. Honest great group of people.”

“Exceptional service!! Hands down the BEST Ford service department! Worked with Allen who got me in quickly. Diagnosed the issue and explained to me what it was. I felt he was honest in the information relayed to me. He gave a time line of when repairs would be done. I really appreciate the service team for getting my Bronco Sports back on the road quickly (and safer) than what it was before. This will be my go to Ford dealership in the future if I ever need anything.”
