“Had a wonderful experience with BMW Southpoint! First off James D (or JD) was so kind, compassionate, and if he didn't know something he didn't hesitate to find out. He took time to make sure I knew how my new car worked and really just provided top tier service. As a female I was a little intimidated to purchase a vehicle without a male around but James made me feel comfortable the entire time. Also would like to shout out Tyler the sales manager for his wonderful personality. Mello the genius was absolutely amazing and helping me get things set up for my new ride. He listened as my daughter and I engaged with him and was upbeat and ready and willing to answer questions or requests. Last but not least Sheyenne from financing made me feel welcomed, taken care of, and overall like he genuinely cared about my best interest.
