“Brought vehicle in for a recall and Spirit Ford broke the rear window defrost off of the rear window. I may have to get a whole new window and/or hard top for my Bronco now. This was all in perfect shape when dropped off. They refused to take responsibility for their poor service and lied about what they did. I will never take another vehicle to this place! I would not recommend this dealership.”
